Description
Sapling’s SMA 2000 Series Master Clock gives system administrators complete flexibility over their entire clock network. It comes standard with (S)NTP capability, allowing synchronisation to pre-programmed NTP web servers straight out of the box. Furthermore, two dedicated relays support synchronous wired clock systems, and an optional built-in transmitter extends wireless signal coverage to Sapling analog and digital clocks. For even greater accuracy, you can also add a GPS module.
Web Interface and Network Control
The SMA 2000 includes a fully functional web interface. As a result, administrators can configure and manage the master clock from any computer on the network or via a crossover cable. In addition, the clock can act as its own (S)NTP server, allowing other network devices to receive time directly from it.
