Terms and Conditions

Ordering Information – All Orders by the Buyer must be placed via the forms provided on the website and must include all information requested, including (but without limitation):

• Quantity and description of Products
• The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered ( PO Boxes not valid )
• Current billing address to which invoices are to be sent
• Valid email addresses and contact Tel. numbers.

Delivery – Normally delivery will occur between 3-6 business days after acceptance and confirmation of the order by advance-NET and receipt of full payment. If a Buyer’s Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should use our contact form to check on the delivery status. Quoted delivery date is an estimate only and advance-NET shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to deliver by quoted date.

Payment – Payment for Products purchased from advance-NET via our web site can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer. For payments made by credit card or pay-pal a 1.65% surcharge will apply. advance-NET will verify the payment and advise the Buyer if the Order has been accepted via order confirmation email.

Cancelling An Order – If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact us using our contact form, we will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer’s request. If the Buyer’s order is cancelled prior to shipment advance-NET will refund the full amount minus cancellation / processing fee. If an Order has already been shipped, advance-NET’s normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply. All order cancellations and return of wrongly ordered items are subject to a 15% cancellation / processing fee and all shipping and incidental costs incurred if any will be charged to the buyers account at actuals. advance-NET does not accept responsibility for compatibility of ordered equipment with third party products / systems.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) – If you receive an item that is Dead On Arrival you should contact us immediately within 48 hours on receipt of the shipment to facilitate the return and replacement. If you fail to inform us within 48 hours of receiving delivery the normal warranty process will apply.

Products Damaged In Transit – Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to advance-net as stated in our Warranty , Shipping and Returns section. The Buyer must contact advance-NET and obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. The Buyer must also supply a copy of the consignment note to advance-NET.

Incorrect Supply Of Order – If due to any error on the part of advance-NET, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to the Order, the Buyer should not open the packing and must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Product. Provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened a replacement product will be organised. Before returning a Product, the Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Limitation of Liability – We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products and services. All products are sold on as is basis and the purchaser assumes the entire risk as to its performance. For more information please read the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Typographical Errors – In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect prices. We are not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Product descriptions are provided by the product manufacturer therefore any inaccuracy in product descriptions should be addressed with the respective manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount you have paid.
